APPOINTMENTS:

This online booking is a request to book.

One of our technicians will Whatsapp/text you within 12 hours of booking to confirm your appointment, get your location, and to go over how to prepare for your spray tan.

TRAVEL POLICY:

Please note we are a Cabo based business a travel fee of $1/mile applies for any place outside of Cabo.

LATE POLICY:
Out of respect, if you have to be more than 10 minutes late or are not prepared at the time of your appointment, you may have to reschedule (rescheduling/cancellation fees apply). One late appointment can throw off an entire day and all of the clients that follow after you. No exceptions, please allow plenty of time. We do not double book or rush clients, and I feel that every client deserves to have a comfortable experience with the adequate allotted time when they book.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A $25.00 fee applies if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. For groups or parties of 3 or more,  we require 2 days notice, or loss of initial deposit. The deposit for large groups is 25% of the service at time of booking.
